Body Depot is a Home Based Business.          

All appointments REQUIRE a $35. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit secures your spot and will be used towards the service total. Free Cancellations are given 24 hours prior to your appointment if you paid the full amount. Free cancellations DO NOT include the deposit. As stated above, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and goes towards the overall total of your service. Any cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged a $20  fee (this is separate from your deposit). If you decide to cancel and would like to book another date, your deposit can be transferred to a new date (only once).  Any reschedules will be charged a $20 reschedule fee for inconvenience per reschedule (this is separate from your deposit).

There is a $10 late fee after 10 minutes, Anything after 20 minutes will be considered a No Show. No show appointments will be blocked from making future appointments and may be charged a no show fee based on the total amount of the appointment.
